The hotel had huge and very clean rooms with comfortable beds, yet needing better maintenance due to door and water faucet issues, and lacking entertainment options. The location was vital near multiple malls, though some construction was noticeable outside. The service was friendly and accommodating, with a great location near restaurants and malls. The dining experience was described as good but could be improved. Overall, a mixed experience with notable room cleanliness and comfort.
I had a great experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and nicely decorated, providing a comfortable stay. The breakfast exceeded my expectations with its variety and quality. The staff was kind and went out of their way to make me feel welcome, including surprising me with a private welcome message on the TV screens. The location was excellent, close to many restaurants and shops. While the hotel lacks a bit in dining variety, the overall value for money was impressive.
